Calendars and prices

The word calendar is derived from the Latin kalendae, meaning the first day of every month. The gregorian calendar that is used in the UK today was named after Pope Gregory XIII in 1582. The gregorian calendar repeats itself every 400 years, so probably not worth holding on to after the end of the year for which it was created.

At Minuteman Press we produce four styles of calendar, however anything is possible; if the calendar you envisage is not described, ask. Minuteman Press do not produce standard calendars, all Minuteman calendars are bespoke.

Minuteman create the calendar images, layout, personalisation and anything else you require in consultation with you.

REMEMBER: The prices below are current examples. Every job is different. We can deliver anything (well almost!) and any volume.

Desk tent calendars

Black spiral bound printed full colour on 250gsm gloss art. The desk tent calendar is free standing and folds flat for delivery. Each display page is A5 (210mm x 148mm).

Wall calendars

Printed full colour on A4 (210mm x 297mm) portrait or landscape and A3 (297mm x 420mm) portrait on 150gsm gloss art, black spiral bound with fitted easy hanging metal loop.

Space saver calendars

Printed full colour double sided on A3 (420mm x 297mm), folded, stapled and drilled to display. Two A4 (297mm x 210mm) pages displayed for month and for image. Printed on 150gsm gloss art.

Jewel case calendars

Features 13 118mm x 138mm pages (one for each month plus cover). Printed full colour on 350gsm silk art. Collated and supplied in jewel case.

If you have your own calendar design, you may supply Minuteman Press with a digital file, which should have adequate bleeds and crop marks. This will ensure that Minuteman Press can print all the way to the edge of the calendar. If you don’t have a file, Minuteman Press will be pleased to turn your concept into a reality. Files can be uploaded via the ‘File transfers’ tab.
