Data we hold is provided by prospective clients and existing clients.

Data is encrypted and protected by a combination of firewalls, passwords, external hardware and physical security. Security measures are tested and reviewed.

No data breaches have occurred.

Data retention periods are:
Quotations  ~ 24 rolling calendar months.
Projects ~ Six complete financial years (April – March).


Upon email or mail request data is available by email to the verified originator free of charge within 10 working days of receipt request.

Individuals and businesses have the right to request deletion of data. The request should be made to the DPO by email or mail. Deletions will be made within 10 working days of receipt of request from the verified originator.

Individuals have a right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office if there is a problem with the way data is handled.


Lawful basis for data retention is to conduct usual business activity. The activities for which data is used are listed:
