I've used Minuteman Press Bristol for my printing needs since 2009 when I lived in Bristol and decided to publish an independent magazine. While as I didn't actually have a clue how to produce a print product fortunately everyone at Minuteman Bristol did and the magazine has since received praise for its appearance and content both in the UK and abroad. From my initial enquiry then, to the current day, Minuteman Bristol have provided a friendly and professional service. They also printed some great business cards for me and - one my family will always remember - advised on and printed an outstanding 'This is Your Life' book as a birthday gift for my mother. Absolutely excellent. They not only printed the set of flyers I had originally ordered, but also 2 more sets, one of which had resulted from an error on the part of of my original design. And they did all this very quickly, having first offered a range of choices for the weight of the paper used and the type of surface finish. Everyone there is completely charming and helpful. I sent in an enquiry for some printed invitations—they responded in good time with some very detailed questions so they could provide an accurate quote, but I was lost. I called them and a young lady was VERY helpful explaining all the questions and what the options meant in layman terms. I responded to the original email with the answers that aligned with what I wanted and they sent back a quote just a few hours later. I sent payment and notified them, my requested date for them to be ready was the following week. I was shocked when just a few hours on from my confirmation of payment I was told they were ready to be collected!! The service was exceptional and friendly, the quality of the invitations is top notch, and they even (very kindly) included a couple extra to cover for any mistakes made while addressing. So easy to order with Minutemen. We needed leaflets ASAP and they communicated exactly what they needed from us and had sorted the order within 20 minutes of initially placing it.
