I sent in an enquiry for some printed invitations—they responded in good time with some very detailed questions so they could provide an accurate quote, but I was lost. I called them and a young lady was VERY helpful explaining all the questions and what the options meant in layman terms. I responded to the original email with the answers that aligned with what I wanted and they sent back a quote just a few hours later. I sent payment and notified them, my requested date for them to be ready was the following week. I was shocked when just a few hours on from my confirmation of payment I was told they were ready to be collected!! The service was exceptional and friendly, the quality of the invitations is top notch, and they even (very kindly) included a couple extra to cover for any mistakes made while addressing.
